Bruce Brock is the new 3W Power’s CEO

International power solutions provider 3W Power SA, parent company of AEG Power BV Solutions has announced the departure of Horst J. Kayser effective from 30 June this year and the replacement by Bruce Brock in the role of company’s CEO.

Kayser has had a double role by serving as the company’s CEO and member of the company’s board of directors. Under this decision Kayser can pursue other business and personal interests.

Brock has recently served as chairman of the board of directors and he receives responsibilities as 3W Power’s CEO immediately.

Brock has previously served as a CEO of the company from 2005 to 2010 and has more than thirty years experience as a global executive and power systems industry expert.

Brock has an in-depth understanding in 3W Power’s customers and target markets while his aim is to enhance the company’s brand and products in new technological markets.

Brock also remains in the role of chairman of the company's board of directors until the following election during the annual shareholder meeting.
