CNPV signs strategic partnership with AE Photonics

CNPV Solar Power has entered into a long-term strategic partnership sales agreement with AE Photonics, the east German rooftop and ground-based power PV plants project development, installation and, distribution company.

Under the terms of the contract, CNPV will supply AE Photonics with 60MWp of PV modules from 2010 to 2012, including 10MWp of scheduled delivery during 2010. The remaining 20MWp and 30MWp will be delivered in 2011 and 2012, respectively.
