The plans — which were submitted to local authorities by Spanish PV developer Huerto Solar Abarán — include the development of five plants, each with around a 10MW capacity, on 45 hectares of land in the local municipality of Abarán.
The plants will be equipped with a total of 235,000 PV modules and require a total investment of around €52 million (US$68 million).
