AIKO has signed three major agreements, totalling 500MW, with key partners from the Central and Eastern Europe region (CEE) at last month’s Intersolar Europe.

GBC Solino (Austria and Czechia) – 200MW

A 200MW agreement was signed with GBC Solino, a leading photovoltaic component importer and wholesale supplier, known for supplying premium PV equipment and technical expertise to installers and EPCs across the region.

“AIKO’s modules are well-known for their outstanding optical appearance, high power, unique shading performance and negative hotspot behaviour,” commented CEO Peter Grumlik. “With AIKO’s cutting-edge BC technology and reliable support, we are confident in delivering future-proof solar solutions to our clients.”

MT-KOMEX (Serbia) – 100MW

MT-KOMEX, one of Serbia’s major solar EPC and installation companies, has signed a 100MW supply agreement with AIKO to procure high-efficiency solar modules for its growing national project portfolio. Founded in 1993, the company has become a key force in Serbia’s clean energy transition through expert solar engineering, procurement and construction services.

CEO Miloš Kostić commented: “As the Serbian market continues to mature, our clients expect more than just panels – they demand performance, reliability and long-term value. AIKO delivers on all fronts. Its modules empower us to deliver premium-quality solar systems with confidence and efficiency.”

This direct supply agreement will support MT-KOMEX’s expanding residential and commercial solar installations across Serbia, while also reinforcing the company’s presence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where it is actively engaged in EPC contracting for solar energy projects.

Polytrade Global (Romania) – 200MW

Romania’s Polytrade Global, a leading provider of solar EPC and electrical distribution of products and services, has signed a 200MW agreement to distribute AIKO’s N-Type ABC modules across the Romanian market. Headquartered in Bucharest, the company delivers end-to-end renewable energy solutions and operates across Romania as well as other European countries, serving a wide network of partners in the solar sector.

“We see strong synergy with AIKO in delivering best-in-class solar solutions,” commented Valeriu Panait, Deputy CEO and EPC Director. “Its advanced module efficiency and proven reliability are exactly what our clients need as we grow our operations and partnerships across the country.”

Abdellah Rouggal, AIKO head for the CEE region, summarised: “These partnerships showcase the strength of AIKO’s ecosystem across Central and Eastern Europe. We are delighted to work with such forward-thinking companies, united in our vision to accelerate the transition to clean energy through truly differentiated technology.”
