Astronergy has announced that it has expanded the TOPCon capacity at its Fuyang base by 5GW, for the production of its ZBB-TF n-type TOPCon modules.

The rollout of the first ASTRO N7s module at Fuyang is scheduled to begin in June, significantly contributing to the company’s target of reaching 76GW of module capacity by the end of 2024.

Leveraging the use of rectangular silicon wafers and innovative ZBB-TF technology, the ASTRO N7s can achieve an impressive conversion efficiency of 23.0% and power output of up to 460W.

GM for the domestic manufacturing department, XueFeng, commented: “Our Fuyang base covers an area of approximately 200 acres and features a 5GW ZBB high-efficiency module production line, currently the largest in the industry. The base’s official commissioning marks a significant step forward in our manufacturing capabilities.”
