Astronergy has announced that the average efficiency in mass production of its n-type TOPCon 3.0 technology based cell has exceeded 25.6%, with the highest average efficiency of TOPCon cells at its pilot lines reaching 25.85%.

The company has taken the industry lead in introducing Boron-LDSE technology into the cells, resulting in an increase in mass production efficiency of over 0.3%, ushering in the TOPCon 3.0 era earlier this year.

Astronergy expects the efficiency of its TOPCon cell to reach 26%+ by the end of 2023.
