COP29 Azerbaijan to witness Sungrow’s key role in driving clean energy transition

Sungrow hasbeen instrumental in driving Azerbaijan’s renewable energy ambitions, in line with the country’s commitment to diversify its economy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, with the aim of increasing its installed power capacity from renewable sources to 30% by 2030. The company’s significantrole in this mission is evidenced byits contribution to key projects including a308 MWp solar plant which came online in 2023.The plant has now been operating for almost a year, generating an impressive 500 million kilowatt-hours of electricity and providing clean energy for more than 110,000 homes.
