DAH Solar has announced that the average mass production conversion efficiency of its TOPCon cells has now reached an industry-leading 26.5%.
LECO (Laser-enhanced Contact Optimization) technology was used to separate the two key steps of metal erosion and contact formation, with full integration of the LECO equipment completed within 7 days, not only enhancing efficiency but also effectively reducing the difficulty of Poly back, which is significant for the long-term competitiveness of TOPCon technology.
