DAS Solar has announced that its N-type modules have received French carbon footprint ECS certification, a requirement of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) for all photovoltaic products with a capacity of 100KW or above that enter the French market.
TÜV Nord has carried out rigorous verification and examination of the company’s modules, confirming effective control of greenhouse gas emissions throughout the product lifecycle, the lowest carbon emissions of its N-type modules being only 420 kg CO2/kWp.
ECS certification will help DAS Solar to further expand into not only the French market, but also other European countries, providing a solid foundation for the company’s globalization strategy.
