GoodWe and Arctech have announced the signature of a strategic cooperation agreement, under which the two parties will establish a long-term partnership in the photovoltaic field. The companies were represented at the signing ceremony by Daniel Huang, the chairman of GoodWe, and Arctech’s CFO Cheng Wang.
“Arctech is an outstanding manufacturer and solution supplier of solar trackers, fixed-tilt structures and BIPV systems, while GoodWe is a world-leading PV inverter manufacturer and smart energy solution provider”, commented Wang, going on to say: “the two companies have massive opportunities for cooperation in the fields of rooftop solar, utility power stations, PV plus storage applications and BIPV and, going forward, we are capable of resource sharing and regional coordination.”
