Huasun Energy has delivered 1,386 of its V-Ocean heterojunction (HJT) modules for the 800 MW Phase 1 of a Power China offshore project in Qingdao, Eastern China.
The 1 GW project is Power China’s first large-scale offshore PV initiative. Designed to harness both solar and marine resources for sustainable power generation, the project is seen as a key step in supporting environmental and economic goals.
Huasun’s V-Ocean modules incorporate high-performance butyl adhesive at their edges (with a water vapour transmission rate of ≤0.3 g/㎡·d), effectively isolating moisture and extending their lifespan.
The Qingdao project reinforces the expanding partnership between Huasun and Power China.
