JinkoSolar has released its 2025 annual and Q1 2026 report, showing that its module shipments for the full year of 2025 reached 86.8GW, marking the company’s seventh time as the industry’s global leader in sales. By the end of Q1 2026, the company’s cumulative global shipments had surpassed 400GW, of which the Tiger Neo series alone accounted for over 220 GW, making it the best-selling PV module product in history.
JinkoSolar remains committed to technology leadership and continuously pushes the boundaries of efficiency. By the end of 2025, the company had been granted over 3,500 patents, including more than 700 N-type TOPCon patents. During the same period, both the company’s N-type TOPCon cells and TOPCon-perovskite tandem cells broke through industry ceilings, the former achieving a cell efficiency of 27.79%, with the latter’s cell efficiency climbing to 34.76%, setting new world records for cell efficiency and module power for the 32nd time.
In terms of mass-produced products, the flagship Tiger Neo 3.0 series N-type TOPCon module has achieved a mass-production efficiency of over 24.8% and a maximum power output of up to 670W. It is expected that, in 2026, shipments of high-power modules above 640W will account for more than 60% of the company’s total module shipments, capturing considerable premium pricing compared to conventional modules. Meanwhile, Jinko’s energy storage business has been consecutively named a BNEF Tier 1 energy storage manufacturer, with the company planning to double its storage shipments in 2026, while continuing to expand overseas markets, opening up new growth opportunities through integrated PV and energy storage solutions.
