In December 2019 KSTAR completed a 100MW project with China’s National Nuclear Corporation in Ningxia, which has now been operational for four months. The project is expected to generate average annual on-grid electricity of 143.47 million Kwh over 25 years and aims at poverty alleviation and the development of the local economy in the local Tongxin County.

Although the environment in Tongxin County is challenging, the local government is committed to attracting business and investment. The project will ultimately provide more than 100 jobs for the local workforce.

KSTAR supplied 32 units of its GSM3125C-MV integrated transformer solution (ITS) to the project, which occupies an area of some 300 hectares of grass and waste land.

The turnkey solution supplied has a high capacity ratio (Max. DC/AC up to 1.5 ), full power output under 50℃ , modular design for easy maintenance and IP54 outdoor protection, significantly reducing the construction period and associated costs.

As the global PV industry has matured, cost reduction and quality enhancement have become inevitable market trends. As a leading manufacturer, KSTAR is fully committed to providing quality, innovative PV solutions to meet the demands of its customers.
