Maxwell has exhibited at the recently concluded 2025 edition of RE+ in Las Vegas, showcasing its latest integrated solar cell manufacturing solutions, including the perovskite/HJT Tandem cell manufacturing Full-line, the bifacial nanocrystalline HJT Full-line and the solar cell metallization production line.
With North America a strategic market in Maxwell’s global expansion plans, the company leveraged the event to further develop client engagement, focusing on customer-driven innovations in equipment development, process optimization, cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Independently developed by the company, the HJT Full-line solution (HJT Pura 3.0) delivers an annual production capacity of up to 720 MW per line, fully covering the four main processes of HJT cell production, with its core PECVD coating process incorporating innovative bifacial nanocrystalline technology and an integrated MES intelligent system.
In 2024, Maxwell achieved breakthroughs in perovskite equipment, successfully developing and applying prototypes for large-area inkjet printing, vacuum evaporation and atomic layer deposition (ALD).
By combining these advances with its industry-leading HJT production line, the company has pioneered the perovskite/HJT Tandem cell manufacturing Full-line solution. With an annual capacity of 200 MW per line, it empowers customers with advanced R&D and pilot-line capabilities for tandem cell technology, enabling them to master the entire process chain know-how and strengthen patent portfolios.
