SolarSpace Technology has officially announced the completion of a new high-efficiency TOPCon cell facility in Chuzhou, China, with an annual production capacity of 16GW. The new factory will not only increase the company’s overall cell production capacity to 35GW, but also pave the way for the mass production of its high-efficiency N-type TOPCon modules and increase the number of its cell and module projects worldwide.
Thanks to the efforts of the Solarspace R&D and quality control teams, the company has over recent years established itself as an industry leader, producing cutting-edge, high efficiency products with cost-competitive performance.
The average efficiency of the company’s TOPCon N-type cells in mass production will reach up to 24.8~25.3%, with the mass production efficiency of the corresponding N-type modules reaching 22.3%.
