The TC3125KFT is a boost inverter launched by TBEA New Energy in 2019. Integrating functions like “inversion”, “boosting”, “distribution” and “communication”, it saves a number of repeated intermediate links, thereafter reducing construction difficulty and cost and providing customers with excellent service and an optimal solution. The inverter is a recommended optimal LCOE (levelized cost of energy) solution, depending on the type of assembly selected and project site conditions.

After analysis, the following optimal LCOE solutions are proposed for the types of assemblies and project sites listed below:

Assemblies: polycrystalline 330/335Wp, monocrystalline 390/395Wp, monocrystalline 400Wp/405Wp, monocrystalline double-sided 400Wp/405Wp and monocrystalline ≥ 440Wp;

Project sites: Guizhou, Guangdong, Guangxi, Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Hubei and Hunan;

1. Class I resource area: according to statistics, the temperature in the early morning can be considered as -20℃ and, in this case, the number of 330Wp, 400Wp and 440Wp assemblies connected in series for each string are 28, 26 and 26 respectively. The calculation sheet is shown as follows:

2. Class II resource area: according to statistics, the temperature in the early morning can be considered as -15℃ and, in this case, the number of 330/335Wp, 390/395/400/405Wp  and 440Wp assemblies connected in series for each string are 29, 27 and 27 respectively. The calculation sheet is shown as follows:

3. Class III resource area: according to statistics, the temperature in the early morning can be considered as -10℃ and, in this case, the number of 330/335Wp, 390/395/400/405Wp  and 440Wp assemblies connected in series for each string are 30, 27 and 27 respectively. The calculation sheet is shown as follows:

The analysis above demonstrates that, for the type of assemblies selected, the TC3125KFT inverter can meet the design and operational requirements for minimum LCOE. However, to develop a more detailed operational program, specific analysis is required for each individual project.

In 2020, the final year of the 13th five-year plan, TBEA New Energy will, by taking technology innovation as our focus and customer demand as our orientation, continue to enhance the quality of our products and devote ourselves to the research and development of special applications for clean energy power generation, smart power distribution and new energy power plants, with the objective of delivering more high-quality solutions for customers.
