Trina Solar has supplied a children’s community centre in the Australian city of Melbourne with its Vertex S+ modules. Total installed capacity of the project is 35.1kW and, once connected to the grid, it will generate an annual 40,065.91kWh of clean electricity and eliminate 33.58 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
The use of solar energy in an educational setting provides an inspirational model for students and the community at large, demonstrating how everyone can fulfil a role in mitigating the impact of global warming.
