Chinese PV manufacturer Risen Energy is to provide solar modules for a 261MW PV project pipeline being developed by local developer OPDEnergy in Spain.
Zhao Zelin, vice president of sales at Risen Energy, said: “Even when the delivery schedule is tight, we will guarantee the high quality of our components and services across the board.”
