Solar Millennium reorganizes its management board

In a post CEO departure management shake-up, the supervisory board of Solar Millennium has appointed Thomas Mayer spokesman for the management board, effective immediately and Oliver Blamberger as new member of the management board.

Blamberger was previously posted as commercial director and authorized signatory of the company; he will now be in charge of affiliate management and group controlling. Blamberger holds a degree as an economist and has held several positions in the metal and engineering industries.
