Berlin-based Q Energy and Dutch solar developer Tomorrow Energy will co-develop a 300MW solar PV portfolio in the Netherlands.

Soltec, through its subsidiary Powertis, has entered in an agreement with multi-utility group ACEA to co-develop 340MW of solar PV in Italy.

Spanish solar company Soltec Power Holdings, through its subsidiary Powertis, has sold a controlling stake in 421MW of its solar PV projects and 90MW of energy storage in Italy to German investment firm Aquila Capital under a co-development agreement.
