Globeleq has finalised its acquisition of a 75% stake in the 41MW Central Solar de Mocuba solar project in Mozambique from Scatec KLP.

Norfund and Norwegian pension company KLP have agreed to take a 49% stake in a 420MW solar PV plant in India developed by Enel.

Scatec Solar, KLP Norfund Investments and Electricidade de Mozambique (EDM) have closed debt financing and started construction on a 40MW PV project in Mozambique.
