Indian developer Azure Power has won 11.2MW and 600kW rooftop solar power projects in bids conducted by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) and Indraprastha Power Generation Company Ltd (IPGCL) respectively.
Power purchase agreements (PPAs) have been signed for the pioneering Rewa solar park projects, which briefly had the lowest solar tariffs ever in India.
