Idaho PUC scraps net metering, solar advocates slam ‘monopoly utility’ influence

The Idaho Public Utilities Commission (PUC) voted late last year (29th December) to shift from a net metering to a net billing model for residential solar installations in a move which will make rooftop solar “unreachable” for most.
