Upsolar modules installed around the world are eligible for the company’s newly extended warranty for its standard solar module. The extension, which doubles the previous coverage from 5 years to 10 years, covers customers’ modules for defects in materials or workmanship.

“Our goal is to set the industry standard for comprehensive coverage to provide customers with a safe, long-term solar investment,” said Zhe Jiang, CEO of Upsolar. “Upsolar’s reputation as a provider of bankable solar solutions is firmly based on our commitment to product quality and building long-term relationships with our customers. We maintain the upmost transparency on coverage terms for both the consumer as well as the manufacturer, ensuring that there are no surprises in the event of a warranty claim. We take great steps both in the lab and in the field to ensure product performance and reliability. This type of success doesn’t come easily, but is crucial to achieving industry credibility as we make strides to lead the charge in the global solar market.”
