SunEdison brings two more executives on board

SunEdison’s solar energy operations development has
seen the appointment of two new Senior Vice Presidents, the company
announced. Jubran Whalan (pictured) is to oversee Business Development,
while Bob Grier has been appointed Senior VP of Engineering,
Procurement and Construction.

Mr. Whalan joins SunEdison from his former role as
Vice President of Commodity Trading for TransAlta, prior to which he
was head of product development at Trade Spark. He has a B.S. of
maritime administration from Texas A&M University.

Bob Grier
was most recently Vice President of construction and manufacturing for
Centex Homes, and also served as President and CEO of Centex’s Building
Supply Division. A certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he worked
with General Electric for 24 years in a variety of engineering,
operations and management roles, and has a B.S. in chemical engineering
from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
