Dr. Changwan Son named Solar3D’s director of technology

Solar 3D is looking forward to Dr. Changwan Son bringing his expertise in the photonics and optoelectronic devices fields to his new position as the company’s director of technology. Utilizing his background, Son will spearhead the development of Solar3D’s technology and prototype.

Dr. Son completed his PhD, MS and BS in electrical engineering at the Pusan National University in Korea. Son has written 15 published papers on optoelectronic design and fabrication, which have appeared in Integrated Photonics and Nanophotonics Research and Applications and the Lasers and Electro Optics Society.
