A new “clean energy jobs fund” is to be created in California using money from a closed loophole that had allowed companies to avoid paying millions of dollars of tax in the state.
German PV project developer Conergy is set to expand its footprint in Southeast Asia after it secured an EPC contract for two PV plants in Thailand from Thai Solar Energy Company Limited (TSE), a local investor.
