Autowell subsidiary ATW Zhiyuan has marked another milestone contribution to the PV industry with the launch of a new laminator, with a double-layer, double-chamber structure and automatic loading and unloading table, integrating independent heating and vacuum systems for each section.
The launch of the new product follows the official entry into mass production of a double-layer, single chamber laminator shipped to Slovenia. This piece of equipment provides a production yield surpassing 99%, its innovatively designed unloading table not only minimizing the machine’s footprint, but also unlocking spatial efficiencies for clients.
These successes are underlined by two of the company’s fully automated laminators being operational in South Carolina, USA. Designed for large-sized BIPV modules with an individual thickness exceeding 30mm, these laminators illustrate the company’s versatility and its ability to customize equipment to cater for a variety of module types and provide tailored solutions for thin film and HJT modules.
