Hanersun has officially announced that its HITOUCH N module series has achieved certification under the UK’s Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), the accreditation validating the product’s compliance with the UK’s rigorous safety and quality standards and marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion across the UK and European distributed solar sectors.
MCS is a government-backed certification framework for renewable energy products and installation services, supporting the development of low-carbon buildings and distributed generation in the UK and is required for end users to access government incentives and participate in electricity export schemes.
The certified Hanersun modules feature advanced N-type cell technology, engineered to deliver superior conversion efficiency and reduced degradation rates. Specifically optimized for the UK’s variable climate, the series offers stable energy output even in low-light conditions. These technical advantages significantly lower the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) while ensuring predictable yields over a project’s lifecycle.
With MCS certification in place, Hanersun is well-positioned to further develop its collaboration with UK installers and local distributors.
