The International Photovoltaic Equipment Association has finalized the participants for the fab manager panel discussion to be held as part of the organization’s PV Production Forum 2011, which convenes during the upcoming 26th EU PVSEC, taking place Sept. 5-8 at the International Fair, Hamburg, Germany.
The panelists include Huang Qing, VP of technology for Trina Solar and director of State Key Lab of PV Science and Technology in China; Stuart Wenham, CTO of Suntech and professor at UNSW; Florian Holzapfel, CEO of Calyxo; and Pietro Rossetto, chief engineer of LDK Solar’s wafer unit and vice director of the company’s tech center. The panel will be moderated by PV-Tech's own senior news editor, Mark Osborne.
The forum will take place Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 8:30am to 6pm, with the panel running from 9 to 9:45am.
The goal of the event, which is jointly organized by EU PVSEC and IPVEA, is to address best practices and case studies that can assist PV production management, purchasing staff, and product managers in increasing throughput and efficiency as well as saving money in their production fabs.
