The three-busbar solar cell patent infringement case brought by Kyocera against Hanwha Q CELLS has been settled out of court.
According to a Kyocera statement, Hanwha Q CELLS has agreed to a licensing agreement on Japanese patent no. 4953562 (three-busbar electrode structure), while both companies plan an exchange of patent licences that are to be executed in the future.
