Project Focus: CNPV enters long-term 100MWp agreement with SET

CNPV has entered into a long-term strategic sales agreement with SET, German project development and distribution company. The agreement was signed in conjunction with this years EUPVSEC Hamburg conference and exhibition, held September 21-25.

The agreement specifies that CNPV will supply SET with a total of 100MWp of PV modules from 2010 to 2012. This includes 20MWp of scheduled delivery during 2010 at fixed prices. This fixed price will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, with each company’s concurrence. This price change will however depend on the market situation. The remaining 35MWp and 45MWp is scheduled for delivery during 2011 and 2012 respectively.
