SunEdison hits IPO button on TerraForm Global and US$800 million in ‘Green Bond’

Major renewable energy provider SunEdison is launching its second yieldco firm, TerraForm Global today as well as an US$800 million ‘Green Bond’ for the yieldco due 2022. 

TerraForm Global will be responsible for aggregating renewable energy projects in the PV, wind and hydro electric sectors outside North America and includes project portfolios recently acquired by SunEdison.
