Infrastructure fund manager DIF Capital Partners is acquiring a majority interest in ib vogt, in a deal that is expected to fast track the solar developer’s transition towards an independent power producer (IPP) model.
French renewable energy company Tenergie, through its JV, Terres d’Energie, has signed off on a deal to acquire 29 operating PV projects, representing a combined generation capacity of 108MW, from the DIF Infrastructure III and IV Funds.
