Trina Solar, the Chinese-headquartered solar PV manufacturer, has partnered with renewables developer GP Joule to complete a 170MW solar park in Germany.
German asset manager KGAL Investment Management has acquired a combined 50% stake in renewables developer GP Joule Projects, with the two companies intent on taking advantage of the “immense growth opportunities” of renewables across Europe, and in particular Germany.
GP Joule Canada Corp., a subsidiary of GP Joule, has been awarded an EPC contract for the 25.43MW Innisfail Solar project located in Red Deer County, Alberta, which is located midway between the cities of Calgary and Edmonton.
