Meridian Energy and Nova Energy have agreed to form a joint venture to build and operate one of New Zealand’s largest solar PV plants.

Solar PV developer and asset owner Photon Energy has signed an operations & maintenance (O&M) contract with Swedish developer OX2 AB for 100.19MWp of solar PV in Poland.

Solar project developer and asset owner Photon Energy Group has posted reduced revenues and EBITDA in its  financial results for the first nine months of 2023, which the company attributed to “lower realised electricity prices and a slow-down in PV components trading”.

Photon Energy Group has closed a €21.9 million non-recourse project refinancing agreement for eight power plants with capacity of 31.5MWp.
