JinkoSolar US, a subsidiary of ‘Silicon Module Super League’ (SMSL) member JinkoSolar, has increased its credit limit with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, to US$60 million from US$40 million with a three year term.
Wells Fargo and 8point3 Energy Partners — the yieldco company formed by SunPower and First Solar — has announced that a joint venture between the two companies has acquired 22MW of SunPower PV systems under constitution at 27 Kern High School District locations in Kern Country, California.
Wells Fargo and Barclays have signed financing facility agreements with Trina Solar’s subsidiaries in the US and Singapore, worth a total of US$90 million.
