Aion Renewables sells 30MW PV plants to Avelos

Italian solar firm Aion Renewables has signed a preliminary agreement to sell 30MW of PV projects to Luxembourg-based Avelos. Aion Renewables is a specialist in the design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of PV systems.

As part of the agreement, Aion Renewables will sell 30 PV projects which have a total capacity of 30MW to Avelos. The transaction, which was approved by the board of directors on September 5, has an approximate value of €47.5 million.
