Alex Vanderpol selected as general counsel for Astronergy

Alex Vanderpol has been appointed as Astronergy’s general counsel, a role in which he will oversee all the legal operations for the company. Vanderpol has practiced corporate and commercial law and worked for various organizations based in Asia including the Singapore and Shanghai branches of AMB AMRO Bank and Solarfun Power Holdings, Hanwha Solar One, in Shanghai.

“Astronergy has an innovative approach to the solar industry in terms of its extensive product offering and development of projects,” commented Vanderpol, “I really look forward, as a new member of the team, to helping Astronergy gain greater traction and market share in the industry.”
