COLEXON Energy AG: Changes in management board team

Tom Larsen, previously responsible for the IPP-segment of COLEXON Energy AG and its subsidiary Renewagy A/S, has resigned from his Management Board position with immediate effect in order to concentrate on his responsibilities as CEO of Renewagy A/S.

The supervisory board of COLEXON Energy AG has appointed Volker Hars, with immediate effect as a further member of the management board. Volker Hars will mainly be responsible for the segments strategy and plant operation.

Volker Hars has been managing the project “Change COLEXON 2012” at COLEXON Energy AG.  He has many years of executive management experience in internationally operating companies such as Interseroh SE, Cleanaway Deutschland AG & Co. KG, Cadbury Schweppes plc, and Lynas Cooperation Ltd.
