DuPont Photovoltaic collaborating with Envision on solar module degradation analytics

PV materials specialist DuPont Photovoltaic Solutions is collaborating with China-based wind turbine manufacturer, Envision using its Energy IoT platform, EnOS for analytical investigations into PV module degradation and failures, across a number of real world field studies.

Stephan Padlewski, regional marketing leader, DuPont Photovoltaic Solutions, Europe, Middle East & Africa said, “By combining our material science capabilities and knowledge with Envision’s expertise in big data analytics, we can help provide asset owners with a quantitative and predictive analysis of ageing for preventive maintenance of solar panels and their components in the field.”
