Frank Mingfang Dai, chairman and CEO of Hanergy Solar, said: “The group's organisation restructuring fully demonstrates the group's commitment to develop the downstream business on a large-scale basis with our solid strengths in thin-film solar technology.

“The group will provide integrated solar engineering, procurement and construction services, plan and coordinate the construction of various solar power projects and operate them. The group will also sell solar modules, integrated solar systems and solar application products etc. to markets throughout the world. We have the confidence that the investment in downstream solar energy projects will further extend our solar business industry chain to achieve the target of extensive applications of solar energy and contribute to improve the sustainability of the world environment,” concluded Dai.
