The government of India has issued a statement from its Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to announce another round of its solar entrepreneurship programme.
The programme has been repeatedly successful according to the ministry leading director general, Arun Kumar to confirm that the programme will now run every month.

The latest three-day Entrepreneurship Development Programme on solar energy started on the 31 January at the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), which is run by MSME.
The programme is the fourth of its kind so far, in conjunction with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Prospective entrepreneurs from Delhi, Utter Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, Punjab, Bihar participated in the course.
According to the statement the programme covered financial, technical, commercial and regulatory aspects of solar energy entrepreneurship.
To date NIESBUD has trained 45 individuals in solar entrepreneurship.
The programme is in line with India’s national solar mission (JNNSM) in its aim to support activities for human resource development and training.
