US utility Duke Energy has completed the sale of its utility-scale renewables arm to renewables asset owner Brookfield Renewable.

Voltalia has published its financial results for the third quarter of this year, which include a turnover of €126.2 million.

Future cells will be based on the company’s HPBC ‘PRO’ high-efficiency technology, with roll-out expected to gradually commence from November 2024, reaching full capacity a year later.
