PV inverter manufacturer KACO new energy has teamed with US-based Power Pro-Tech Services (PPT) to provide product support services in the US and Caribbean.
PPT will provide PV inverter support for product commissioning, maintenance, warranty and repair support that is designed to provide a ‘tier one’ service to customers, while lowering service and maintenance times as well as service costs.

KACO new energy said that PPT had been selected because they had invested significantly in both equipment and technologies to offer a data driven service management program that improved response times, inline with customer demand.
