O&M services on the hybrid project will be required for a period of one year after project completion.

NTPC intends to finance the project through its own resources.

The deadline for bid submissions is 21 November this year.

PV Tech revealed last month that the first ever wind and solar hybrid project in India, completed in April 2018, is to be retrofitted with energy storage after strong winds this year led to a curtailment of solar production.
