Order Focus: Bentek Solar secures first 1000VDC series integrated disconnect combiner orders

With solar power projects increasing in size, Bentek Solar has begun sales of its 1000VDC 400 Amp series integrated disconnect combiners. According to the company they are seeing a shift from 600 to 1000VDC systems in Canada and the U.S.

 
“The large industrial and utility solar systems in North America and Canada are shifting from 600 to 1000VDC systems,” noted John H. Buckley, Sales and Marketing for Bentek Solar.
 
Mitch Schoch, President and CEO of Bentek Solar said, “We are pleased to receive positive market acceptance of our newest full 1000VDC 400 combiner models. Clearly, there is a need in the marketplace for combiners that can meet the increasing power requirements of today’s new solar projects.”
