DeepBlue 4.0

Chinese module manufacturer JA Solar has penned a 100MW supply agreement with YES Group to provide its DeepBlue 4.0 Pro modules in Australia.

JA Solar has started delivery of 1GW of its DeepBlue 4.0 Pro modules to the 2GW Suji Sandland project in Inner Mongolia, China.

JA Solar has signed a module supply agreement with Exel Solar to provide 260MW of tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) modules.

JA Solar has supplied 1.1GW of modules for two animal husbandry and what it calls “PV complimentary” projects in the Latuo County of Tibet.

As one of the leading Chinese module manufacturers, JA Solar has been focusing on ramping up its manufacturing capacity and 2023 is no exception. Prior to Intersolar Europe 2023, the company announced a plan to construct a project in China’s Ordos High-Tech Zone, with an annual production capacity of 30GW of ingots, 10GW of silicon wafers and 10GW of modules.
