EBRD planning US$26 million financing for Sunrise’s 50MW PV plant in Jordan

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is considering providing a senior secured loan of up to US$26.1 million for the construction of Sunrise Solar Energy’s 50MW solar PV plant in Jordan.
According to the company, the funds will help Infinity Power, a subsidiary of Infinity, add around 3GW of renewable capacity across key African markets. Image: EBRD.
