The European Commission has launched a €3.4 billion call to support the development of “innovative decarbonisation technologies in Europe".

Trina Solar and FuturaSun were awarded funding in the latest Innovation Fund for a 1.5GW HJT and 1.4GW xBC module assembly plant, respectively.

The European Commission (EC) has approved a €1 billion (US$1.1 billion) Portuguese state aid scheme to support investments in the production of renewable energy equipment.
